Wireless broadband solutions
Blukom focuses on delivering super-fast broadband to homes and businesses who sit outside the wired network – the last 5% to 10% of premises that are unserved and underserved by traditional wired broadband technologies.
We do this with a portfolio of satellite and fixed wireless super-fast broadband solutions, along with fixed wireless 5G. We also deploy the latest generation radio technology to extend the fibre network into areas where fibre hasn’t reached, enabling high speed internet connectivity for customers wherever in the world they may be.
Many countries enjoy strong and robust terrestrial communications networks, which provide reliable and cost-effective mobile and fixed line services. However, in the UK for example, around 5% of the country does not benefit from modern, high-capacity fibre broadband due to the cost of upgrading existing networks.
